First Appointment (10 Min)

We will first schedule a meeting within 90 days (when possible)
before your event, we’ll go over the details of your special day.

We will talk about:
1. Your Photo Session on the Day and Place.
2. Limo where you will board and drop off and schedules
3. Church and Hall Hours

Share your best memories with your guest. Professionally done with special effects and your choice of music.

Projected on the wall of your choice in the event room.

Second Appointment (4 Hrs)

This will be the Photo Session (4hrs)

The next time we meet will be at the given location, your photo session will take about an hour, but be prepared to spend 4 to 5 hours on this.

This includes the time you need to do your hair and makeup, as well as travel time to the location.

Be prepared with:

1. Hair and makeup.
2. Don’t forget your shoes (heels) or bouquet.
3. Bring a great attitude and a big smile.

Third Appointment (40 Min)

In this meeting you will select your enlarged photo for the Hall entrance.

I suggest you choose what you would like to see on the wall in your home after the event, rather than what you want to display in your living room that day.

We will also discuss any possible changes to your big day.

Fourth Appointment (10min)

We like to get the details right, so at this last meeting before your event, you will pick up your enlarged photo (already framed) and go over the final details of your event

Our unique photobooth experience will surprise and entertain your guests for hours while they take home a beautiful memory.

Fifth appointment

Your special day has come!

Here we are, it all comes to this day. Don’t stress, everything will be fine.

My job today is to capture every possible detail of this special day, so I will be in constant communication with you to make sure everything is covered.

Important!

*️⃣ I will remind you to schedule a meeting within a week of your event to begin your photo selection process. (but you won’t remember because you’re too busy having fun)🥳

Sixth Appointment (60 Min)

After the event 🥰

This is the first time we’ve seen each other after your event.

I’m sure everyone had a great time and your event went better than expected. We took a lot of photos and captured everything we could think of, but now you have 400 photos and your package contains less than that.

Don’t worry, at our meeting, you will be able to choose only what you want printed and of course if you want extras.

They are available for purchase, although they are not required to complete your package.

Your photos and video will be ready 30 days after the 6th meeting.

Seventh appointment (5min)

Ultima Cita

This is a quick 5 minute meeting just to collect your photos and videos of the event.
